Weborama, the European leader in behavioral advertising via the Internet, has announced the signing of an agreement with the management company OTC Asset Management in order to proceed with a capital increase of two million euros (premium included) by issuing new shares at an Kuwait Mobile Database amount of 12.90 euros per share, executable in accordance with the TEPA tax law. Weborama recently completed the acquisition of Adrime, the leading Dutch rich media company, for € 3.2 million. With this operation, the Internet marketing company completes its offer for agencies and advertisers to optimize their investments in online advertising.
This capital increase will strengthen Weborama’s liquidity to bring it to a higher level than that existing prior to the acquisition of Adrime, an operation that will preserve the interests of shareholders and allow a more accurate valuation of the company .Weborama’s organic growth potential will remain intact, according to the following characteristics: Weborama has developed a proprietary behavioral marketing technology (behavioral targeting) whose results are managing to exceed the most optimistic expectations of advertisers. This platform has led to Weborama having obtained accounts from large advertisers in highly investment sectors such as finance and motor, since the beginning of 2010.
With the acquisition of Adrime, the company offers a greater range of communication possibilities, including rich media formats that will be the fastest growing according to a recent SRI-Cap Gemini study. The combination of Adrime’s services with those of Weborama will also enable Brother Cell Phone List synergies for geographic expansion. In France and Spain, the Weborama teams have already started the commercialization of Adrime products. In the Netherlands and Italy the company will take advantage of Adrime’s infrastructure to launch its behavioral marketing and technology solutions. In the UK, Weborama and Adrime will jointly tackle a comprehensive offering of online advertising solutions.
As a complement to the above, two other reasons contribute to the company having good growth prospects: on the one hand, the recovery of graphic advertising on the Internet after an extremely difficult 2009 and, on the other, the technological evolution in the field of Ad Exchanges, a sector in which Weborama has significant assets. “We are very pleased to be able to increase our stake in Weborama through this operation,” says Patrick Roquemaurel, Director of Asset Management at OTC Asset Management. “We have great confidence in the management team and the company’s products, and we firmly believe in the development plan of the company. Furthermore, we are particularly satisfied with the generation of synergies between the Weborama and Adrime offers ”, he adds.
